Cancellation Policy

At Svara Reizen, we strive to provide a seamless and rejuvenating experience for our customers. We understand that plans can change, and we are committed to offering a fair and transparent refund policy for our wellness tours. Please review the following terms carefully before booking.

 

• Hotel Bookings:
  Cancellations and refunds for hotel accommodations will follow the individual cancellation policies of the hotels included in your tour package. We will provide you with these policies at the time of booking.

• Domestic Flights:
  Cancellations and refunds for domestic flights included in your tour package will be subject to the specific cancellation policies of the airlines. We will share these policies with you during the booking process.

• Tour Services:
  For non-hotel and non-flight services (such as guided tours or transport), the following applies:

  • 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus a €25 processing fee.

  • 15 to 29 days before departure: 75% refund.

  • 7 to 14 days before departure: 50% refund.

  • Less than 7 days: No refund, but 50% credit towards a future booking within 12 months.

By booking a tour with Svara Reizen, you agree to abide by this Cancellation policy. We reserve the right to make changes to this policy as needed. Any updates will be communicated via our website and email.
